On The Rocks Restaurant

With wide verandas and high ceilings, our architecturally designed restaurant is built with the Outback climate in mind. Open for dinner Monday to Saturday, 6 PM – 8 PM (closed on public holidays), On the Rocks Restaurant welcomes both locals and visitors to enjoy a vibrant, fresh menu in a relaxed setting.

Our menu celebrates the best of both worlds – hearty Australian classics you know and love, alongside flavour-packed Vietnamese specials bursting with fresh herbs, aromatic spices, and zesty sauces. Together, they capture the essence of Outback Queensland’s laid-back lifestyle while offering something a little unexpected.

Served in a charming alfresco-style environment – complete with heating and cooling – it’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the atmosphere.

Breakfast buffet options are available for group bookings, and catering services can also be arranged.
